Cantine Ermes ‘Vento Di Mare’ Grillo Organic

Vento Di Mare is made with 100% Grillo and one of Sicily’s best-known indigenous varieties. The grapes for this wine are sourced from organic vineyards in south-western Sicily.

Color:  Straw yellow
Nose:  Citrus, melon, and a touch of floral
Palate: Fresh notes of honeydew, pear, and Mediterranean citrus blend nicely with salinity and moderate acidity.  This is a delightful wine to serve as an aperitif or with seafood, salads and light appetizers.
