Cantine Ermes ‘Vento di Mare’ Nerello Mascalese Terre Siciliane IGT


Nerello Mascalese is an indigenous grape of Sicily that typically grows on the volcanic slopes of Mt. Etna.  Grapes for this 100% Nerello Mascalese are sourced from organic vineyards in the sandy soils of western Sicily.  

Vintage: 2019
Color: Dark ruby
Nose: Berries, spice, and a hint of floral
Palate: Dark berries, plum, pomegranate, and spice. Acidity and tannins are nicely integrated. Pair with pasta, seared tuna, grilled meat, and roasted vegetables.
Alcohol: 13.5%
SRP:  $10-$12
