Con Vento 2020 Toscana IGT

This white wine is produced by Castello del Terriccio estate located in Maremma, in southern coastal Tuscany and the land of the Super Tuscans.  It is an unusual blend of Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc.  Aging takes place in separate masses, by variety, in stainless steel tanks and is followed by further refinement in the bottle before being marketed. 

Nose: White flowers, lemons, and white stone fruit.
Palate: Peach, pink grapefruit, apricot, lemon, and minerality.  It is beautifully balanced, light, and refreshing.
