It’s still Gin Season, folks! Wait, isn’t it Gin Season all year? It is in my house! Regardless, September still shows signs of warm weather, and we all know that means Gin.

Most days, Gin and tonics are fine, but sometimes when company’s coming, it’s a good idea – and much easier – to mix up one big batch of something to serve to your guests. For times like this, I found this delicious pitcher-worthy batch-able cocktail that works perfectly for a crowd, courtesy of Gray Whale Gin from California. you will get to use your cocktail stirrer-spoon

+ 2 ounces Gray Whale Gin

+ ½ ounce fresh lime juice

+ ½ ounce fresh lemon juice

+ ½ ounce agave syrup

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the gin, lime juice, lemon juice and agave. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass, or strain over a rocks glass filled with ice, depending on preference. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve immediately.

The added bonus? You will finally get to use your long cocktail spoon with the twisted handle that has been languishing in the drawer.
