Where would our hospitality world be without the contributions of people of color? This year Santé is setting a goal of honoring current and past contributions to the culinary, wine and spirits worlds by people of color!

Indisputably there have been outstanding contributions made by chefs of color. Fewer sommeliers and mixologists of color are known. Please help us find them.
