Smoke Lab Aniseed is a vodka distilled from fennel and basmati rice (a type of long-grain rice) and infused with aniseed. The vodka has a clear, colorless appearance and an aroma that is at once fennel and licorice with a hint of spice that lingers on the palate. The flavor is spicy, with a hint of anise, and a finish that is slightly bitter.
