A Refined Celebration of Cinco de Mayo

Paired with two Santé Award-Winning Tequilas

Cinco de Mayo marks a significant moment in Mexican history—the 1862 victory at the Battle of Puebla, where a small, determined Mexican force triumphed against a larger, better-equipped French army. While the date is often mistaken for Mexico’s Independence Day, its true essence lies in the enduring spirit of resilience, national pride, and cultural identity.

In contemporary celebrations, particularly in the United States, Cinco de Mayo has evolved into a tribute to the richness of Mexican heritage. It is a moment to honor the artistry of its cuisine, the complexity of its spirits, and the vibrancy of its traditions.

This tasting menu has been thoughtfully curated to reflect that spirit—offering a modern interpretation of regional flavors, paired with two exceptional tequilas: Cierto, renowned for its purity and elegance, and Camarena, celebrated for its versatility and depth. Each pairing is designed to enhance the nuances of both the dish and the spirit, delivering a sophisticated journey through the flavors of Mexico.

We invite you to savor this experience in celebration of heritage, craftsmanship, and the beauty of tradition reimagined.

¡Salud!
