Henri Bardouin Pastis

Bottle Henri Bardouin Pastis

Over a century of production has not dimmed the freshness of Henri Bardouin Pastis. The American appreciation for bitter aperitifs has grown; thus, pastis is now trendy. Pastis is not an absinthe-alternative. It stands on its own as a smooth, anise forward, herb-infused, and terpene-rich aperitif or digestif. Enjoy it at whatever dilution with water that you prefer. The producers recommend a 1 to 7 dilution ratio, but we find that a 1 to 2 ratio and an ice cube generate an exceptionally flavourful drink.

Drink diluted with cool water or use in a cocktail.
