In our move to give Santé writers the broadest possible audience, we partnered with Aggregage last year to establish Restaurateur Connection. Santé has been a significant contributor to the Restaurateur Connection supplying articles every week. Santé articles were distributed to over 29,000 readers and have regularly trended most popular.
At the end of 2020, Restaurateur Connection ran the article awards, of which I was a judge. I want to congratulate all of the winners.
