About Theodora Africa. In short, your participation in the auction will help African women escape the sex trade and become solid contributing members of their communities. This unique social impact project uses the power of outsourcing to educate and empower African women.
Women who are part of Theodora Africa, immediately begin earning wages that put them in the middle class, 2 to 3 times the average woman’s wage in their country. They become owners of their business through an Employee Ownership Plan.
